About the hair

Is your hair actually raw, or just marketed that way?
It's genuinely raw. Raw hair means zero chemical processing — no steam straightening, no acid baths, no silicone coating to fake softness. Our Cambodian hair is collected with the cuticle fully intact and all strands running in one direction. You can tell over time: raw hair gets softer with washing. Processed hair does the opposite.

Will it shed or tangle?
Because the cuticles are aligned in one direction, tangling from the inside out doesn't happen with properly sourced raw hair. You may notice minimal shedding in the first wash as the weft settles. After that, shedding should be no more than your natural hair.

How many bundles do I need?
For a sew-in or weave: 2–3 bundles up to 20 inches, 3–4 bundles for 22 inches and above. For a full wig build: 3–4 bundles depending on cap size. When in doubt, go one bundle more — you can save the extra, but you can't add volume mid-install.

Can I colour or bleach it?
Yes. Because it's unprocessed, it accepts colour the way natural hair does. You can bleach, tint, and dye our bundles. For bleaching to lighter shades, professional application is recommended.

Can I use heat on it?
Yes — flat iron, curling wand, and blow dry are all fine. Use a heat protectant and keep tools under 450°F for the best longevity.

How long will it last?
With basic care — a satin bonnet at night and regular moisture — our bundles last 2 to 5 years across multiple reinstalls. One of our customers has used the same set for three installs and says it still looks brand new. That's what raw hair does.

Is this suitable for thinning hair or hair loss?
Yes — and this is personal to us. Simply Beautiful Boutique was founded in part because of firsthand experience with hair thinning due to a medical condition. Our bundles, wigs, and clip-ins give full natural-looking coverage without adding stress to your existing hair. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful, whatever their hair situation.

Will it blend with my skin tone?
Our raw Cambodian hair blends naturally across a wide range of textures and skin tones. The HD lace on our frontals and closures is ultra-thin and transparent — specifically chosen to be undetectable across all complexions, including deeper skin tones that standard lace often fails.

Ordering & shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Canadian customers typically receive orders within 3–7 business days after shipping. US customers should allow 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more for Canadian and US customers — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Simply Beautiful Boutique ships to Canada, the United States, and internationally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Free shipping applies to Canadian and U.S. orders of $250 or more only.

Returns & support

What is your return policy?
If your hair arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and we'll resolve it. Due to hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, washed, or altered from its original packaging.
