All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Simply Beautiful Boutique are final sale. We DO NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes all orders including rush order and standard orders.
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure all order details (including product selection, quantities, and shipping address) are correct at the time of purchase
- Carefully review product descriptions before completing their order
Simply Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.
Damages and issues
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at simplybeautifulboutiqueinquiry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a resolution at our discretion (replacement or store credit).
