Shipping Carriers: We primarily utilize reputable shipping carriers such as Canada Post for domestic and international shipments. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Free Shipping: Simply Beautiful Boutique offers free shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more for customers in Canada and the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Orders below $250 CAD, and all orders shipping outside Canada and the U.S., are subject to standard shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged or Unclaimed Packages:
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided., Simply Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
However, we will work diligently with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Simply Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for:
- Packages that are not picked up from the carrier or postal location
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for:
• Any reshipping fees, and
• Forfeiting the order (no refund will be issued)
International Orders: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or VAT charges imposed by your country's customs office upon arrival. These fees are not included in the total price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees associated with your order.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Simply Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
